Support for Trauma, Pregnancy, and Postpartum Experiences
If you’re looking for trauma or pregnancy & postpartum therapy in Chandler or across Arizona, you may already have a sense that something isn’t quite right—even if it’s hard to put into words.
For some, it shows up as anxiety, emotional overwhelm, or feeling constantly on edge. For others, it’s a sense of disconnection, irritability, or not feeling like yourself after pregnancy or becoming a parent.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. This work is about making sense of what you’re feeling and finding a way forward that feels more steady and manageable.
You might be in the right place if you’ve been feeling:
Overwhelmed or constantly on edge
Disconnected from yourself or others
Panic, more irritable, anxious, or emotionally exhausted than usual
Like something has shifted, but you can’t fully explain it
Meet Angela Phillips, LMFT
EMDR Certified Therapist | PMH-C Certified
Hi, I’m Angela.
I specialize in trauma and perinatal mental health, working with adolescents and adults navigating experiences such as PTSD, complex trauma, and challenges during pregnancy and postpartum, among other life transitions.
Much of the work we do is focused on helping you understand what’s happening beneath the surface, so things feel more manageable and less overwhelming in your day-to-day life.
I incorporate trauma-informed approaches, including EMDR when appropriate, and structure the work in a way that is thoughtful, steady, and responsive to what you need.
