Fees & Insurance

Fees

Individual Therapy

$190 per 50-minute session

Couples Therapy

$200 per 50-minute session

Initial Assessment

$200 for a 50-minute session

EMDR Intensives

$220 per hour, billed in 90-minute or 3-hour sessions

The total length of your intensive is determined collaboratively based on your treatment goals and clinical needs, allowing adequate time for preparation, processing, and integration.

For example, many clients find:

  • A 5-hour intensive ($1,100) sufficient for a focused, single-issue goal

  • An 8-hour intensive ($1,760) helpful for more complex or layered concerns

  • An 11-hour intensive ($2,420) suited to more extensive trauma history

Sessions are structured to provide focused, consistent care, with time outside of sessions dedicated to documentation and clinical planning

First Responder & Military Discounted Fees

Supporting first responders, active-duty military members, and veterans is one of my clinical specialties, and I'm committed to making trauma-focused care more accessible to those who serve our communities.

Reduced-fee individual therapy is available at $120 per 50-minute session for eligible first responders, active-duty military members, and veterans who are not eligible for employer-sponsored or third-party benefits.

If your department or organization offers an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) or other benefit, I'm happy to help you understand what may be available to you.

Availability for the discounted rate is limited and subject to current caseload capacity.

Consultation

I offer a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation to help you determine whether this feels like a good fit before getting started.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide as much notice as possible. Notice requirements vary by session length — see the full Cancellation Policy on the Therapy FAQ page for details.

Payment

This is a private-pay practice.

Sessions are paid directly at the time of service rather than billed through insurance. This allows for greater flexibility, privacy, and consistency in care, without the limitations often required by insurance providers.

I accept credit and debit cards, HSA and FSA cards, personal checks, and cash. Most clients keep a card on file in our secure system for easy, contactless billing.

Insurance

I do not bill insurance directly. However, I can provide a superbill for clients who wish to pursue out-of-network reimbursement.

Depending on your plan, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement. I recommend contacting your insurance provider to learn more about your specific benefits.

EMDR Intensives
EMDR Intensives are offered as a private-pay service and are not billed to insurance. A superbill can be provided upon request, though most insurance plans do not reimburse for the extended intensive format, so reimbursement isn't guaranteed. HSA and FSA cards are accepted.

Good Faith Estimate (GFE)

If you are paying out of pocket for services, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected costs.

A Good Faith Estimate outlines the anticipated cost of services based on information known at the time it is created. This estimate is available upon request.

If you have questions or would like to get started, you’re welcome to reach out.
