Hello and Welcome

If you’re seeking therapy for the first time or continuing your healing journey, I’m truly glad you’re here. Choosing to begin therapy is a meaningful step, and my goal is to offer a safe, supportive, and compassionate space where you feel grounded, understood, and respected.

About My Practice

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist providing trauma-informed telehealth therapy in Arizona and Washington. I am EMDR-certified, Perinatal Mental Health Certified (PMH-C), and trained in the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples.

I specialize in supporting individuals and couples navigating trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, pregnancy and postpartum mental health, fertility and family-building concerns, life transitions, and identity exploration.

My Therapeutic Approach

My therapeutic approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and rooted in empathy and respect. I believe each person and relationship holds an inherent capacity for resilience and healing—even during seasons when that strength may feel difficult to access.

Therapy with me is not about fixing you; it’s about creating a supportive space where your experiences are honored and meaningful growth can unfold at a pace that feels right for you.

How I Work

I integrate evidence-based, trauma-informed therapy models, including EMDR therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and the Gottman Method for Couples, while thoughtfully incorporating other proven approaches as needed to support your goals.

Education

I earned my undergraduate in Psychology from Arizona State University.

I earned my Masters in Advanced Study Marriage and Family Therapy from Arizona State University.

More about me…

I truly enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families, and I find deep meaning in supporting people as they navigate growth, healing, and connection. My therapeutic style is warm, supportive, and compassionate, while also being thoughtful and honest in helping clients move toward meaningful change.

I am a parent to two daughters, and family life is an important part of who I am. My family and I enjoy watching movies together, traveling, and playing board games, creating space for connection, laughter, and shared experiences. In my free time, I enjoy crocheting, knitting, and getting lost in a good book, which helps me recharge and stay grounded.
