EMDR Intensives

Some experiences don't fit neatly into a 50-minute weekly session. If you've been carrying a specific trauma, memory, or stuck point that hasn't shifted despite time and effort, an EMDR Intensive offers a different way forward — extended, focused time to process it more fully.

Rather than spreading the work across months of weekly sessions, an EMDR Intensive condenses that processing into one extended session or a short series of sessions, giving your nervous system the uninterrupted time it often needs to move through something difficult.

Available in person in Chandler, Arizona or virtually for clients online across Arizona, Colorado, and Washington.

This work is focused, collaborative, and paced with care — helping you move through a specific trauma target more fully, so you can feel more grounded, more regulated, and more like yourself again.
