Clinical Supervision for LAMFT, LAC, and LMSW associates in Arizona

At Anchor & Bloom Therapy, I provide clinical supervision for LAMFT, LAC, and LMSW associates working toward independent licensure in Arizona. Supervision is structured to meet Arizona Board requirements while also supporting deeper clinical development, especially for therapists working with trauma, perinatal mental health, and complex presentations.

Clinical supervision should do more than help you meet hours—it should strengthen how you think, assess, and show up as a therapist.

This is a space to think clearly about your cases, strengthen clinical judgment, and grow into your professional identity—not just complete supervision requirements.

Supervision may focus on

• Trauma-informed clinical practice

• Perinatal and postpartum mental health

• PTSD, complex trauma, and dissociation

• Case conceptualization and treatment planning

• Ethical decision-making and board compliance

• Documentation review and risk management

• Professional identity development and burnout prevention

Approach to Supervision

My supervision is grounded in a developmental supervision model, meaning it is tailored to your experience level, clinical strengths, and areas for growth. This approach prioritizes skill-building, ethical clarity, and increasing autonomy over time.

Sessions are structured yet collaborative — a space for reflection, learning, and clinical growth without shame or hierarchy. The focus is on strengthening clinical judgment, supporting thoughtful decision-making, and helping you build confidence in your work.

A Thoughtful, Growth-Oriented Supervision Experience

At Anchor & Bloom Therapy, supervision is more than completing hours — it is an opportunity to develop clarity, confidence, and integrity in your clinical work.
This is a space to think clearly about your cases, strengthen clinical judgment, and grow into your role as a therapist in a way that feels grounded and sustainable.
